Ce qui m’a stupéfait c’est ce que j’ai ressenti à l’intérieur de moi. Il y a tellement chaleur, conviction et puissance dans son jeu. J’ai été immédiatement attiré par sa conception harmonique, la joie de ses rythmes et son sens du swing et la grâce et l’ingéniosité de ses lignes mélodiques d’improvisation.
